Choosing a 'location and time-unrestricted' way of working due to exhaustion from human relationships

Having a past where I couldn't get along with people and was bullied. While searching for a change in my work style, I came across one-off dispatch work that isn't bound by location, time, or job type. Even though it's the work style I desired, there's tension at each site. Nevertheless, I talk about how the distance that can protect my mental health suits me now.
