Working without overexertion, yet not cutting corners: The administrative work style I found

After pausing to reflect, I chose the path of administrative work where I could steadily progress at my own pace. Even after leaving full-time employment, I ensure the work I do matches my salary. I avoid overexertion, yet I don’t cut corners. Now, in my 9th year as a working adult, I talk about the balance I’ve found in my work style.
